Home Staging

Strategically showcasing your home's best features.

You Never Get a Second Chance to Make a First Impression...

Have you ever watched HGTV and wondered how every home always looks perfectly put together? The answer to this is staging.

Home staging goes beyond just cleaning and decorating your home. Its like dressing your home for the prom. Staging is adding decor, arranging furniture, and prepping your home to look perfect for listing photos, listing appointments, and open houses. When a home is staged, potential buyers see exactly where furniture should go and how each room is laid out. When a home is not staged, potential buyers are only focusing on the visible issues the home may have.

Not only does staging make your home look like an HGTV dream or like it belongs on Pottery Barn's homepage, but it can actually speed up the sale of your property.

Meet Victoria Guillot

Owner of Stage Coach Services

Victoria started her award-winning staging/design business back in 2005, combining her experience from 30 years in the real estate industry with her passion for design that emerged at 5 years old playing with her Barbie Dreamhouse.  From starting out doing owner-occupied consultations, to acquiring a warehouse and amassing an inventory of furnishings and staging props for vacant homes and models, to launching a furniture and props rental business with Oskar Huber Furniture, Victoria has helped thousands of homeowners maximize their profits when selling their properties. Through hot markets and down markets, she consistently delivers results.  Along the way, she added interior design services for the new homes her clients were buying as well as short-term rental design.

She lives with her husband, Antoine, whom she met in California when he came to the bank where she worked.  The handsome young man introduced himself with his (at the time) heavy French accent, and oh la la, that was it!  They live in an 1840 Bucks County farmhouse they have been slowly and lovingly turning into their dream home.  She gets much of her design inspiration from their many visits to her husband’s family in France, where old world and new co-exist harmoniously to create a modern lifestyle while retaining the beauty and character of the past.

Meet Laura Hunter

Owner of Re: Design Services

"I have always had a heart for seeing things brought to their fullest potential. As a young single person, my father helped me purchase my first foreclosed home. As you can imagine, it needed a lot of interior work. With the help of my family and friends, we transformed the property and I was hooked! Over the next couple of years, my husband (Paul), my son (Damon) and I continued the spirit of renovation during multiple moves throughout the country. Our most recent undertaking is restoring our 1870 farm property.

Whether highlighting a home's best features to sell faster or creating a clutter-free home interior that speaks to your true decor and style, your re: is my passion. "
