Meet Charlinda Diaz

Charlinda’s story brings a new vision to the real estate industry. As a licensed realtor with a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, NAHB Certified Aging in Place Specialist, and Certified Home Modifications Specialist, she now brings her unique experience and passion to the real estate industry with expertise in multi-generational living, downsizing, and aging in place. She is committed to helping every client find the perfect home to meet their needs in any phase of life- from stroller to retirement through buying, selling, and or home modifications. 

Charlinda offers a lifetime of experience in providing authentic client care and a collaborative approach to helping her clients achieve their goals. She is a fervent believer that quality of life can be exceptional when “home” meets the unique needs of the client. In her free time, Charlinda enjoys spending time with her husband and her two kids. She can often be found adventuring to new places, reading, and enjoying time with friends.
