Step 1: Home Valuation

To begin, we will meet and discuss everything we need to know about your home in order to determine the market value. Step 2: Prepare Your Home

We'll evaluate your home, looking for ways to increase its value - like physical and or virtual home staging and or recommended updates or repairs. Once your home is prepped for photography, our professional photographer will take high definition and aerial drone photos and video as well as a Matterport virtual walkthrough experience. This presentation is essential to position your home to appeal to potential buyers online.

Step 3: Market Your Home Strategically

We create a custom marketing plan for your home built around targeted campaigns designed to reach and re-engage qualified buyers. We begin with “Sneak Peek” and “Coming Soon” promotions on Youtube and social media to generate early interest before your home is available for showings.

Once the property is live, we actively promote it through open houses, direct outreach to active buyers, and broad online exposure. Your home is marketed across our website, major home search platforms like Zillow and Realtor.com, social media channels including Facebook and Instagram, and our internal database of buyers who are actively searching.

Step 4: Negotiate & Choose The Best Offer

Once the offers start coming in, we'll negotiate and you'll choose the best offer. Negotiation is an art and we have many years of experience negotiating successfully. Once successful with the sales contract, we will negotiate through the home inspection, appraisal and conveyancing, making sure everything proceeds smoothly.
