As I enter the driveway of my new home, I am in awe of the beauty that lies in front of me. The exterior of the home is modern, the landscaping has been meticulously cared for, and the covered front porch is charming. I can already envision swaying in my rocking chair, sipping my morning coffee, and taking in all the views from the porch! Stepping inside, I am first greeted by modern wood flooring, neutral paint tones, crown molding, and an abundance of natural light. The floor plan is open, and I love how spacious the layout is... it will be perfect for entertaining! The kitchen showcases white cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a built-in microwave, a sizable pantry, and a generously sized island offering ample seating and lovely pendant lighting. There is also an abundance of cabinet and countertop space. In the living room, the vaulted ceiling with exposed beams catches my eye... the extra ceiling height makes the room feel so much bigger! The fireplace is another feature I'm excited to use on cooler evenings. Off the family room is the dining room. I love how cozy the space feels, yet it is roomy enough to host larger gatherings! A bonus room in my new home is the sunroom. I just love how all the natural light pours in! I may use this space as my home office, craft room, or simply another area to relax after a long day. Down the hall are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The bedrooms are bright and airy and provide ample closet space. The full hall bathroom offers tile flooring, a modern vanity, and a tub-shower. On the opposite side of the home is the master suite. I can't wait to retreat to this space after a busy day! My master bedroom showcases plush carpeting, a walk-in closet, and a second spacious closet. The suite also features a full bathroom with tile flooring, a double-sink vanity, modern light fixtures, and a stall shower. Before heading down to the lower level, I can't forget to mention that the first floor also includes a powder room and a laundry room--so convenient! Descending to the basement, I'm thrilled by how much space the lower level offers. There's an expansive storage area that will be perfect for stowing away all of my seasonal decor, tools, and equipment. The storage room also offers an exit to the outside. The rec room will be used often when I'm hosting guests. There's plenty of space for everyone to hang out! The basement also features three additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. When guests stay for extended visits, they'll have their own private spaces. Outside, the backyard is where I plan to spend all summer long. The home sits on 1.5 acres and offers the privacy I've been looking for. The deck is massive, and a bonus is the above-ground pool! I'm so excited to host summer BBQs and relax in the pool on hot days. Additionally, the detached three-car garage is exactly what I've been searching for. I'll have plenty of storage space, plus room to work on my cars and hobbies. One more reason I love my new home is its convenient location. Nearby are Peace Valley Park, Nockamixon State Park, Bishop Estate Winery, and tons of shopping and restaurants. Route 309 and Route 202 are also close by, making it easy to reach neighboring towns. I have found my own slice of paradise--and I can't wait to move in!
