As I drive down the quaint road, lined with mature trees, I am in awe when approaching my new home. The property is so lovely from the outside; the cozy front porch catches my eye, the landscaping is freshly done and the property has been well-maintained. Stepping inside, I am first greeted by an abundance of natural light and an open floor plan. The living room and dining room are a dream for entertaining. I plan to host the holidays at my house this year, and it makes me happy knowing that all my guests will be able to fit comfortably! Just around the corner is the kitchen where I can already picture designing my perfect culinary haven. Currently, the kitchen offers ample cabinet and countertop space, some upgraded appliances and an area for a breakfast nook. Downstairs on the lower level is the family room. I can't wait to retreat to this space after a long day! The modern flooring, half-bath and washer and dryer hook-ups allow me to move in with ease as these projects are already done for me. The family room is so spacious, I can imagine setting up my media center and having my family and friends over to watch the game on a Sunday afternoon! Ascending to the upper floor, I view the three bedrooms and full bathroom. The master bedroom has refinished hardwood floors, sunlight beaming in through the windows and an abundance of closet space. The two additional bedrooms are spacious and provide ample closet space. The hall bathroom showcases tile flooring, an expansive vanity, a linen closet and a stall shower. Before heading to the backyard, I take a quick look at all the storage space that the home has to offer. The basement and attached garage will allow me to store all my tools and equipment away safely. One of the reasons I love this home so much is the backyard, it is a dream! My home sits on over one and a half acres and it is so peaceful. I am envisioning building a deck or patio, hanging outdoor lights and maybe even building a garden! I also love that the mature trees will provide shade during the warm summer months. Another reason why I love this home is the convenient location. Nearby is the Upper Salford Park, Spring Mountain Ski Center, Lederach Golf Course, Henning's Market and so many shops and restaurants I can enjoy! I have found my own slice of paradise, and I can't wait to move in!
