Buying a house in the Woodfield neighborhood has always been on my wish list, and I am so excited to call this community my new home! As I drive through the neighborhood, I notice the lovely landscaping, the well-manicured sidewalks, and all the lush greenery. Stepping inside, I am first greeted by an abundance of natural light, an open floor plan, white wood blinds, and many modern upgrades. My home was built in 2019, so I love that it is turnkey, and I will not have to lift a finger! The first rooms at the front of my home are the formal living room and dining room. I am thrilled to have these dedicated spaces since I plan to host the holidays this year. I know everyone will be able to gather around and fit comfortably! Down the hall is the heart of the home: the stunning kitchen, which is one I have dreamt about! The kitchen offers white cabinets, granite countertops, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and an expansive island. I can already envision whipping up many delicious meals. Another feature of the kitchen that I love is the dedicated pantry. It offers a tremendous amount of storage space, I will have no problem filling it up with all of my baking appliances! Off the kitchen is the family room. This space is perfect for when I host a movie night or kicking back to watch the game. As I ascend to the second floor, I am first greeted by the bonus space...the possibilities are endless! I could use this extra room as a playroom, workout space, home office, or a cozy spot to curl up and read a good book. Around the corner is my master suite. I can't wait to retreat here at the end of the day as it has everything I need to wind down and relax. The space provides tons of natural light, plush carpeting, blackout blinds, two walk-in closets, and a full bathroom. The bathroom showcases a double sink vanity, a stall shower with an upgraded showerhead, and modern light fixtures. At the other end of the hallway are two additional bedrooms, both of which offer ample closet space, as well as an updated full bathroom that my guests who visit will love to use! Completing the second floor is the laundry room. I am thrilled I will not need to go up and down a flight of stairs! On the lower level, the partially finished basement is perfect for when I want to entertain my family and friends. I might turn it into a home theater and game room! The other section of the basement is unfinished. This is where I plan to store all my holiday and seasonal decor, tools, and toys. As I head outside, I am in awe of the spacious deck that overlooks the open land. It is so peaceful and private back here. I also know that I will get good use out of the deck this summer as it will be the perfect place to have BBQs and get-togethers. Another reason why I love my home so much is the convenient location. Nearby is the New Hanover Community Park, Bella Vista Golf Course, Althouse Arboretum, the YMCA, the Philadelphia Outlets, and so many shops and restaurants to enjoy! I have found my own slice of paradise, and I can't wait to move in!
