In the desirable neighborhood of Winding Creek stands a well-maintained colonial that I am thrilled to call my home! As I pull into the drive, I notice the lovely landscaping and all the mature trees that keep the property private and peaceful. Stepping inside, I'm immediately embraced by the warmth of natural sunlight pouring into each room throughout the first floor. To my right is the family room that boasts a charming brick fireplace. I can already envision turning the gas fireplace on during the cooler months and curling up on the couch with my family to watch a good movie. I will often be using this space after a long day to unwind! Down the hall is the kitchen....and this space has so much potential! With it being the heart of the home, I am already planning lots of summer BBQs and I can't wait for everyone to be able to gather in this space together. It offers wood cabinets, matching black appliances and ample countertop space. The best part is the open concept; the kitchen connects with the dining room extending the space. The dining room is light and bright and will be perfect for hosting the holidays. Completing the first floor is the spacious formal livingroom, laundry room and half bath. Upstairs on the second floor is where I plan to retreat to at the end of the day. The master bedroom is expensive, offering a walk-in closet, a cozy reading nook and a full ensuite bathroom. Down the hall are two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. The bedrooms boast ample closet space and provide a cozy retreat for my guests to enjoy when coming to visit. The hall bath showcases a double sink vanity, tile flooring and a sizable tub shower. Descending into the finished walk-out basement, I'm met with potential waiting to be unleashed. Whether it's transformed into a home gym, a workshop for DIY projects or a cozy home theater for movie nights, the possibilities here are endless. Outside is where I plan to spend all my extra time this summer. Starting with the deck, I love how expansive the space is. As I sit out on the deck in my rocking chair, I am surrounded by trees, birds chirping and can take in all the views which are so peaceful. In the yard, I have already picked a spot out for where my garden will be set up. I can't wait to start growing my own food! Another reason why I love this house is the location. Nearby are parks, biking and jogging trails, golf courses, fantastic local eateries and many shopping centers. I have found my own slice of paradise and I can't wait to call it my home!
